Hypnosis is a very useful way of facilitating change in behaviour. By creating a deeply relaxed state where the client becomes focused the client is able to respond to suggestions that benefit and are in line with the client’s needs and wants. Breakthroughs in achieving the result the client wants can occur in one session or it may take several to achieve the desired result. This will vary from client to client.
