Paul has a particular interest in sports people and entertainers getting the very best out of themselves. He just loves seeing performers working at their peak.
In his teenage years he played a lot of football and in his twenties and thirties ran marathons which he enjoyed immensely. Later on he took up horse riding and has become a competent horse rider.
In his fifties Paul went to an acting school for two years and has become an accomplished actor for both theatre and film and TV having performed in fifteen plays and won a role in the popular TV series Miss Fisher Murder Mysteries in 2013.
What Paul does through hypnosis and coaching is assist the client to develop the ability to turn on those peak performances more readily and consistently.
This requires some effort from the client to practise both mentally and physically the tasks to be achieved – so come prepared to work!
